I know this has been a highly requested post and I’m sorry for the delay! I have been hesitant to post this because personally I am still trying to perfect my workout hijab, but this is what has been working for me so I thought I would share. :)
I wear a long sleeve run top with a high neck (I love THIS one, it has a higher neck than the one I’m wearing plus it’s cheaper!) and loose fitting yoga pants. I’m so happy I found these Zella pants because they literally don’t show your curves, but are still practical for the gym!
Right now I wear a viscose hijab in a bonnet style. Wearing a high neck top still allows for coverage, but air can still enter so that I don’t feel like I’m suffocating through my intense cardio classes! Underneath I wear a cotton underscarf with the ties like these… This is crucial for keeping my hijab from slipping!!! I also wear my hair in a half ponytail like this (just in case someone doesn’t know what I’m talking about!!) because it’s more stable that way.
